Family owned and operated by Bill and Sandy Buckner, our business is built on decades of connection to the Alabama Gulf Coast and a deep commitment to the homeowners we serve.

We grew up in Birmingham and spent more than 50 years as regular visitors to the Alabama coast before becoming full-time residents in 2020. Our family owned and operated a local vacation rental company here, managing properties for homeowners and hosting vacationing guests. This community has always felt like home, and we are grateful to serve it every day.

After graduating from the University of Alabama, we married in 1988. We have two sons, two wonderful daughters-in-law, and two grandsons. Family is at the center of everything we do, and that spirit carries into the way we care for your home.

After more than 25 years in industrial sales, Bill became a full-time real estate agent in 2016, later partnering with our son Casey to help clients buy and sell homes and condos in Birmingham and throughout the coastal cities of South Baldwin County. For the past decade, keeping a watchful eye on properties has truly been a natural part of my daily work.

Sandy was a stay-at-home mom when our boys were young, later building years of experience in customer service and office management. She managed our vacation rental office and brings a meticulous, detail-driven approach to every aspect of running a successful Home Watch company.
